Randolph, MA Sidney Spiegel of Spiegel Associates has arranged a $1.4 million construction loan for a multifamily project. The loan was funded by a Community bank that saw the value of the project to the community.

The project will consist of a three story mixed use building containing four commercial units and eight residential units.
