Stein joins Margulies Perruzzi as senior project manager

Roger Stein, AIA, LEED AP, has joined Margulies Perruzzi Architects (MPA) as senior associate. Stein brings more than 25 years of experience in client management, architectural and interior design, master planning, and construction administration. He has been responsible for the completion of a wide variety of project types, including life science laboratories, corporate and developer office buildings, multi-family housing, retail, and mixed-use developments.
In addition to his day-to-day management of a variety of MPA client projects, his role will include business development and strategic planning for the firm.

"Like MPA, he strives to remain at the forefront of both design and technology, and builds long-term client relationships through active listening and collaboration. We are thrilled to add him to the MPA team."
Prior to joining MPA, Stein worked on some of the most significant developments in the Boston area, including the State Street Financial Center in downtown Boston, University Park in Cambridge, Mass., Cambridge Innovation Center, and the Trilogy mixed-use residential project in Boston's Fenway neighborhood. His laboratory and research facility design experience includes 300, 400, 600 and 700 Technology Sq. in Cambridge, Cubist Pharmaceuticals in Lexington, Mass., and M.I.T. Lincoln Laboratories, also in Lexington.
Stein received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati before moving to Boston in 1985. He is a LEED accredited professional (LEED AP), NCARB certified, and a member of the American Institute of Architects and Boston Society of Architects. In addition to his professional responsibilities, Stein has taken an active role in his hometown, having served on the Sharon (Massachusetts) High School Building Expansion Committee and the Sharon Planning Board.
