Steingold and Paskalis of MG Commercial sell 31,000 s/f industrial facility for $1.2 million

Elite Architectural Millwork, a premium custom architectural millwork manufacturer from North Kingstown, has purchased 240 Bald Hill Rd., a 31,000 s/f industrial facility located on Rte. 2. Elite Architectural Millwork's new facility satisfied their expansion needs from the 20,000 s/f they've occupied at their former location in West Davisville. The seller was Reylea-French, LC. Larry Steingold and George Paskalis of MG Commercial Real Estate were the exclusive brokers in the transaction. The sale price was $1.2 million.
