CBRE | The Boulos Company, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage leader, completed the following transactions: *Harris Corp. has leased 2,000 s/f of office space at 24 Stone St., Augusta, Me, from Compass Augusta Office, LLC. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Bruce Holmes of Century 21 Venture, Ltd and on behalf of the tenant by Nate Stevens, CBRE. *Hair X-Pressions has leased a 1,337 s/f hair salon in the Edwards Block located at 869 Main St., Westbrook, Me. from T&T Development LLC. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Drew Sigfridson and on behalf of the tenant by Stevens of CBRE.
