Stonebridge Homes works on three new model homes at Stonebridge at Union Point

South Weymouth, MA Stonebridge Homes Inc. is in the process of building three model homes in the new development at the exclusive Union Point. Once completed, Stonebridge at Union Point, located on Douglas St., will feature 45 new single-family homes.

The 14 Douglas St. model features the Weymothe home design, where classic meets modern. The model’s 2,603 s/f features a first floor “master retreat,” two spacious bedrooms upstairs and a loft overlooking the great room. The centralized kitchen will have quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances.

The 20 Douglas St. model features the Essex home design, 2,517 s/f, with hardwood flooring throughout. This design features four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and an open-concept layout on the first floor.

Finally, the 24 Douglas St. model boasts the Chapman home design. The 3,150 s/f includes a grand master bedroom with a walk-in closet and attached master spa, two guest bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The first-floor will turn into your at-home retreat with a study and open concept with great room, kitchen and dining.

All three homes include low-maintenance composite decking, Kohler plumbing fixtures, efficient Andersen windows, gas fireplace, granite countertops, hardwood flooring throughout the first floor, stainless steel appliances, two-car garage, and an exclusive 10-year Quality Builders Warranty.

As for the remainder of Stonebridge at Union Point, the 42 additional single family homes will showcase eight different home plans that have been custom designed for the neighborhood. Square footage will range from 2,517 s/f to 3,370 s/f with generous specifications and high-quality design.

“Union Point has so much to offer. A short commute to Boston via commuter rail, T or bus. Close proximity to beaches on the South Shore and less than an hour to the Cape,” said Dwayne Goldman of Hanley Law Realty, the listing broker for the development. “You simply don’t find this caliber of homes in the current market at a price this reasonable. Not to mention the variety of floor plans available and the ability to customize those plans to your specific needs.”
