Stonis joins The Grossman Companies, Inc. as property manager

Commercial real estate property management veteran Christine Stonis has been named property manager at The Grossman Companies, Inc. Stonis's primary duties include managing Grossman-owned retail and office properties in Mass. and R.I. For several years, Stonis managed properties in Mass. on behalf of The Ram Cos. She has over 20 years of experience in commercial management and brokerage, and serves as a licensing instructor at the Mass. Real Estate School in Quincy. She is a member of the Board of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). On her new position, Stonis said, "Property management is all about extraordinary customer service and having the skill set to resolve any issues that arise. I take pride in knowing my tenants are happy, and share that goal with the Grossman family." The Grossman Companies, Inc., a full-service commercial real estate firm involved in acquisition, development, management and brokerage, has a portfolio of some three million square feet throughout southern New England.
