Stratton and Clark of The Geenty Group broker 550 s/f lease
According to Kristin Geenty, SIOR, president of The Geenty Group, Realtors, 550 s/f of office space has been leased at 2415 Boston Post Rd., Unit #13A. The new tenant is Shoreline Mental Health Billing, LLC. They provide specialty billing for mental health organizations.
Barry Stratton represented the tenant, and Bill Clark represented the landlord, Mariner Properties, LLC.
