Amoruso of RE/MAX Precision Realty brokers $700,000 sale of 9,792 s/f brick apartment building
RE/MAX Precision Realty Commercial Division has brokered the sale of 75 Hillside Ave.. Jay Amoruso, CCIM was the listing agent of the sale that closed for $700,000. The 12-unit brick apartment building consists of 9,792 s/f and is located off East Main St.
The building was built in 1963 and has a mix of one and two-bedroom units which were fully occupied at the time of the sale.
The buyer is A & G Enterprises from Deep River; the seller is TPM Property Investments, Inc.
Jay Amoruso has been affiliated with RE/MAX since 1989.
