Stratton and Geenty of The Geenty Group, Realtors secure 19,246 s/f lease
Composite Machining Experts, LLC, has signed a 5-year lease of 19,246 s/f at 222 Universal Dr. The company does machine work for the aerospace industry, with both military and commercial applications. Frank Tomaszewski is the company owner. Barry Stratton and Kevin Geenty SIOR, of The Geenty Group, Realtors, were the sole agents for this transaction.
