Page Czepiga, a land use planner who works out of Tighe & Bond's Westfield office, recently earned the distinction of becoming a Certified Land Use Planner after passing the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) exam.
The AICP exam is administered by the American Planning Association, and the AICP designation is the most highly-regarded certification in the field of land use planning.
Czepiga, who joined Tighe & Bond two years ago, provides planning and permitting support for a wide variety of the firm's projects. She regularly performs environmental and zoning analyses for renewable energy feasibility and land use/redevelopment studies to identify constraints and opportunities for development. Her experience also includes brownfields redevelopment, wetlands and environmental resource permitting. She currently is active in the preliminary planning and permitting of the $800 million hotel and casino complex that Hard Rock International is proposing to build in West Springfield.
A resident of Northampton, Massachusetts, Czepiga earned her bachelor of science in community and international development from the University of Vermont. She is also a member of the American Planning Association.
