Strelke of R.W. Holmes assists Atlantic Management in 10,000 s/f lease - Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant

Easton, MA R.W. Holmes has brokered a new 10,000 s/f industrial lease in Easton Industrial Park.

Precision Doors & Hardware, commercial doors, frames, and hardware supplier signed the new lease for 10,000 s/f at 19 Norfolk Dr.

R.W. Holmes vice president Robert Strelke represented the landlord, Atlantic Management. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

R.W. Holmes serves as the exclusive leasing agent for 19 Norfolk Dr.

“Strategically located in the Easton Industrial Park, 19 Norfolk Dr. is a great building for small to mid-size industrial tenants,” said Strelke. “The building offers five loading docks and ample power of 800 Amps, among other amenities.”
