Strickling of Sky Realty Group at Broder Comm'l. brokers $5.4 million sale
Sandy Strickling of Sky Realty Group at Broder Commercial has brokered sale of the 98-unit portfolio for $5.4 million.
A N.Y. investor bought the 4 complex apartment portfolio. It is comprised of garden style apartment buildings with 43 units at 320 Quinnipiac Ave.; 25 garden style units at 17-185 Quinnipiac Ave. and 17 Judith Terrace; 22 townhouse style units at 64 Chamberlain; and 8 garden style units at 210 Burwell.
320 Quinnipiac was the largest complex with 42 renovated apartments consisting of 1 and 2-bedroom units and 1 single family. The package has studios, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom mix.
Strickling represented both the buyer and the seller.
