The Stubblebine Company and CBRE sell 157,336 s/f building for $5.6 million

Bedford, NH The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International negotiated the sale of an industrial building for $5.6 million. Aaron Smith, David Skinner, and James and David Stubblebine negotiated the sale for the seller, First American Realty, while the buyer, Amber Properties, LLC, was represented by Roger Dieker of CBRE.

Situated off Rte. 3, 10 Iron Horse Dr. is a 157,336 s/f building built in 1986 on a 9.76 acre lot. Originally built for Axle Remanufacturing, the property will be retrofitted for multi-tenant industrial use by Amber Properties. The new owner has a proven track record of successful redevelopment projects throughout the northeast.
