The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International and R.W. Holmes brokered a long-term 28,656 s/f lease renewal at 40 Kenwood Circle. New England Chapel, a fast growing Evangelical Christian Church, will complete a substantial renovation of the administrative areas and classrooms and chapel areas.
