The Stubblebine Company arranges $2 million sale of 171 Washington St. to InterAuto Corp.
Plainville, MA The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International negotiated the sale of 171 Washington St. for $2 million. Situated along Rte. 1, five miles from Gillette Stadium, this property comprises of a 4,800 s/f building on 2.1 paved acres. Matty Drouillard and James Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Co./CORFAC represented the buyer, InterAuto Corp. Dan Waldman of Waldman & Associates represented the seller, MAC RV Realty, LLC.
Drouillard said, “Working on this transaction with InterAuto was a pleasure. Their collective professionalism and continued dedication allowed for a smooth transaction. We eagerly anticipate future collaborations with them.”
The property’s proximity to Gillette Stadium, frontage along Rte. 1, and closeness to I-495 were all factors in InterAuto’s decision to choose this location for their operations.
