Hudson, MA Bret O’Brien and Ben Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the seller of 68 Tower St. The 40,000 s/f property is on 1.2 acres and sold for $2 million. The buyer, Hudson Tower LLC, intends to occupy the entirety of the building.
