The Stubblebine Co. arranges sale of three properties on behalf of IPG Photonics, Inc. for $32.855m

Marlborough, MA James and David Stubblebine, principals of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International, brokered the sale of three properties in MA, AL, and CA for IPG Photonics for a total price of $32.855 million. The properties total 153,858 s/f of existing office and flex space and permitted land on 16.53 acres and include the following:

• 686 Forest St. Marlborough MA - 8.35 acres, permitted for 60,000 s/f - $2.8 million;

• 100 Lucerne Ln., Birmingham, AL - 30,000 s/f on 5.4 acres - $24 million; and

• 2201 Qume Dr., San Jose, CA - 63,958 s/f on 2.78 acres - $6.055 million.

The buyers of the respective properties were Six Eighty-Six Forest, LLC, Birmingham Water Works Board, and ISE Labs.
