Acton, MA Rob McGarry of O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. has negotiated a long-term lease between landlord OIM and tenant Boynton Machine at 10A Craig Rd.

Eric O’Brien and McGarry of O’Brien Commercial Properties are the exclusive representatives of the Technology Park and have leased a total of 14,400 s/f of space to date.

O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. is a commercial real estate brokerage specializing in the sale and lease of industrial, office, and flexible buildings, as well as commercial-zoned land in Central & Western Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire.
