Stubblebine Co. and R.W. Holmes broker 28,656 s/f lease
Franklin MA The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International and R.W. Holmes recently brokered a long-term 28,656 s/f lease renewal at 40 Kenwood Circle. New England Chapel, a fast growing Evangelical Christian Church, will complete a substantial renovation of the administrative areas, classrooms and chapel areas.
James Stubblebine and Alan Ringuette of The Stubblebine Co. represented New England Chapel and John Eysenbach of R.W. Holmes represented the landlord.
