Stubblebine Company sells 128,592 s/f building to United Plastics for $4.25m

Leominster, MA David and James Stubblebine, principals of The Stubblebine Co., and Alan Ringuette, senior advisor, sold 75 Jytek Park, a 128,592 s/f manufacturing/warehouse property for $4.25 million. The Stubblebine Co. represented the seller, Jytek Industrial Trust, and directly procured the buyer, United Plastics. 

Located in an established industrial park with numerous amenities nearby, 75 Jytek is minutes from the I-190. This industrial property offers significant power, 16’ clear height, flexible zoning capabilities and abundant loading. 

With made in America products, United Plastics has been around for more than 70 years. They have grown to become one of the largest manufacturers/suppliers of automotive die cut wear pads in North America. 

They also service the construction, automotive and furniture markets with their diverse array of products and have recently entered the market of residential and commercial soundproofing.
