Methuen, MA The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International has completed 40,370 s/f in leases. The deals include the following:

• Micah Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Co. and Jeff Richardson of CTR Partners leased 19,370 s/f at 100 Griffin Brook Park. The tenant, Globus Medical, is a publicly traded medical device company headquartered in Audubon, Penn. The 38,740 s/f flex building is owned by ADG 100 Griffin Brook Dr. and is located off of I-93 at the Rte. 110/113 exit. 

• Stubblebine and Chris Michniewicz of The Stubblebine Co. leased 7,500 s/f of office space at 47 Manning Rd. in Billerica. The Stubblebine Co. represented the landlord, 47 Manning Road LLC, while Blake Baldwin of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, Safelite Autoglass.

• Stubblebine represented Yamato USA in the leasing of 13,500 s/f of industrial space at 3 Enterprise Rd. in Billerica. Sam Oddo of Oddo Inc. represented the landlord, New Cadaro Realty Trust.
