Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Co. arranges 2,600 s/f lease for Softlinx

Softlinx, Inc. has executed a 2,600 s/f office lease at 100 Riverpark Dr. Micah Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Co./CORFAC International represented the tenant, while the landlord, Northstone, LLC, was represented by Robert LeClaire, Mark Reardon, Jason Levendusky and Kerry Olson of CB Richard Ellis. According to Stubblebine, Softlinx selected the location because of its central location for their employees, high-end office finishes and close proximity to I-93. The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International specializes in the lease and sale of large industrial/commercial properties throughout New England.
