O'Brien of O'Brien Commercial Properties Inc. handles 3,700 s/f lease to ATS Lighting
ATS Lighting has leased 3,700 s/f of flex space at 16 Craig Rd., located in the Acton Technology Park. Eric O'Brien, president, O'Brien Commercial Properties Inc., represented the ownership, O'Brien Investment Partners and directly procured the tenant. ATS assembles commercial lighting used in naval defense industries.
