KS Partners, LLC, one of greater Boston's largest landlords, has leased 22,883 s/f of office and lab space at its 47 Manning Rd. property.
Micah Stubblebine of Stubblebine Co. represented the landlord, KS Partners, LLC. Craig Johnston of R.W. Holmes Realty Company, Inc. represented the tenant, SemiLab AMS.
Glenn Roberts and Matt Joyce, two of KS Partners' internal leasing representatives worked closely with Stubblebine and R.W. Holmes to bring the deal together.

SemiLab AMS entered into the five-year lease for the entire first floor of the building.
