Stubblebine reps. KS Partners in 22,883 s/f lease to SemiLab AMS at 47 Manning Rd.

KS Partners, LLC, one of greater Boston's largest landlords, has leased 22,883 s/f of office and lab space at its 47 Manning Rd. property. Micah Stubblebine of Stubblebine Co. represented the landlord, KS Partners, LLC. Craig Johnston of R.W. Holmes Realty Company, Inc. represented the tenant, SemiLab AMS. Glenn Roberts and Matt Joyce, two of KS Partners' internal leasing representatives worked closely with Stubblebine and R.W. Holmes to bring the deal together. "We're extremely pleased with this transaction and are happy to partner with companies like SemiLab AMS," said Joyce. "This is definitely a win-win situation. This is a significant lease deal in the suburban Boston market," said Roberts. SemiLab AMS entered into the five-year lease for the entire first floor of the building. Chris Moore, president and CEO of SemiLab AMS said, "We were originally attracted to the building by the unique clean room facilities that were available. We rented the building because we found KS Partners to be straightforward to work with, and we were pleased that they listened to our needs. Of particular importance to me was that the building owner made a trip specifically to see me so we could settle the remaining issues in a face to face meeting, and he remained in contract throughout the process. We look forward to a long term relationship going forward as we continue to expand our business."
