The Stubblebine Company handles two industrial sales to Alterra IOS Acquisitions III, LLC

Seekonk, MA The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International has brokered the sale of an IOS site at 75 Mead St. Matty Drouillard and James Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company represented the buyer, Alterra IOS Acquisitions III, LLC, and secured the seller, Anawan Realty, Inc., for this transaction. The property includes a 17,500 s/f  industrial warehouse on 2.63 paved acres. 

Drouillard said, “We truly value the outstanding teamwork of Sean Christman, Mark Gannon, and the entire Alterra team in making this transaction smooth and efficient. Their expertise, dedication, and proactive approach were instrumental in the process. We’re grateful for our partnership and look forward to working together on future opportunities.”

In addition, The Stubblebine Company brokered the sale of an IOS site at 215 Bedford St. in Whitman, Mass. Drouillard and James Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company represented the buyer, Alterra IOS Acquisitions III, LLC and procured the seller, Johnny B. LLC in this transaction.  The property includes 23,255 s/f of industrial warehouse space and 4.8 paved acres on 14.34 acres total.
