Suffolk Const. hires DeLetis to Red & Blue Univ. team

Suffolk Construction Co., Inc., has hired public speaking and communications consultant Dale DeLetis as a member of its Red & Blue University learning and development team to assist Suffolk employees in improving their business communications skills through workshops, seminars and individual coaching opportunities. The addition of DeLetis is one of several significant Suffolk hires from the business consulting and academic communities aimed at enhancing the professional development of employees beyond the traditional training courses focused on construction best practices and standard operating procedures. Prior to joining Suffolk Construction, DeLetis spent more than 40 years teaching public speaking skills in academic, non profit and corporate environments. Throughout his career, he has counseled CEOs, university and college presidents, deans, middle managers in business, software engineers, physicians, scientists, MBA students, international students, college professors and instructors. DeLetis's impressive list of clients includes prestigious organizations from both the institutional and corporate environments. For the past decade, Mr. DeLetis served as a speech consultant at Harvard Business School and Simmons College. He has also provided consulting services for educational institutions such as MIT, Dartmouth, Boston College, Boston University, Suffolk University, Mt. Holyoke, Wentworth Institute of Technology, Emmanuel College and New York University. His corporate clients have included organizations like Goldman Sachs, Deloitte & Touche, Hill Holliday, Providence Equity Partners, Bain & Company and Sasaki Associates, among many others.
