Sullivan Construction, Inc. completed the renovations to the Hollis Upper Elementary School. The project was conducted during extended vacation so as not to interfere with teaching and student activities. Sullivan provided extensive value management solutions for their Energy Recovery Ventilation HVAC system, duct work and distribution systems. Renovations to the lower level of the school building also included new flooring, painting and miscellaneous drywall and insulation.
