DarrowEverett, LLP has selected David Sullivan as chair of the firm's growing litigation practice group. Sullivan will be responsible for the leadership of the firm's elite group of litigation and trial attorneys.
Sullivan, who heads up the firm's South Coast office, has more than 25 years' experience, with strong family ties to the Boston and South Coast communities. Sullivan's experience includes representing individuals, corporations, municipalities, quasi-public agencies, boards and other interests before all courts throughout the Commonwealth. Sullivan also currently serves as special counsel to the city of Fall River, special counsel to the Fall River Office of Economic Development, and general counsel to the Fall River Community Development Agency.
Sullivan is also a member of the firm's health care, land use & planning and estate planning & administration practice groups.
