Sullivan & Sullivan Auctioneers, LLC presents Spirit of Excellence Award to Goode

Sullivan & Sullivan Auctioneers, LLC presented their Spirit of Excellence Award to auctioneer Francis Goode, Jr. This was the first annual presentation of Sullivan & Sullivan's award to recognize those who practice selflessness, those who pay it forward, reach out to our communities, show compassion and are passionate about what they do. Goode, a resident of Boston's South End, was honored at Sullivan & Sullivan's annual company meeting and luncheon held in Marlborough, in July. Goode served the Missionaries of the Poor, traveling to Jamaica for 8 days in January to provide care for residents in 5 different shelters. "As I got to know the other volunteers, I realized that they were all ordinary people doing a remarkable thing," Goode said of the long-lasting impressions of his journey. Prior to this mission, Goode has regularly volunteered to serve various organizations in and around the city of Boston. "This award is to recognize those who make their daily experiences worthwhile. We are proud to recognize our employees' achievements, personal commitments and community outreach," said Marianne Sullivan, president, Sullivan & Sulliva. "We are thankful to have a team of exceptional individuals who share our values of integrity and excellence."
