Summit Realty Partners completes leases totaling 8,179 s/f at 19 Muzzey Street

Lexington, MA Summit Realty Partners has completed multiple lease transactions totaling 8,179 s/f at 19 Muzzey St., located off of Massachusetts Ave. in the heart of downtown. Chris McMahon and Gabrielle O’Brien of Summit Realty Partners represented the property owner, Mar Turtle Bay LLC, in these transactions.

Partner Therapeutics, Inc., a biotech company, leased a total of 4,938 s/f taking the entire first floor of the building. Partner Therapeutics was represented by Jordan Yarboro of JLL. 

One the second floor, Neptune Web, Inc., a full-service digital marketing agency, leased 1,773 s/f and the Law Office of Patricia Nelson and Barbara Jackins leased 858 s/f. Lester Savage of Century 21 Commonwealth represented the law office. Several small office suites have also been leased on the third floor.

These recent lease transactions at 19 Muzzey St. demonstrate interest from a variety of businesses to be close to the center of the town to enjoy the convenience of a variety of amenities including restaurants, coffee shops, and retail stores.
