Summit Realty Partners leases 2,476 s/f to BurgerIM in Burlington

Burlington, MA Summit Realty Partners, Inc. completed a new lease at Middlesex Marketplace Shopping Center, bringing the 38,243 s/f shopping center to 100% occupancy. A new 2,476 s/f lease was executed with BurgerIM, an international fast casual gourmet burger concept. 

BurgerIM, which translates to “many burgers” in Hebrew, provides customers with a unique dining experience allowing them to choose from a variety of gourmet patties and customization featuring a wide selection of buns, signature sauces and toppings. BurgerIM also serves additional items on their menu including wings and salads. 

This property is anchored by Del Frisco’s Grille and features national tenants including Bassett, Sleep Number, A&T and Qdoba. 

Summit Realty Partners represented the landlord in the transaction.
