Summit Realty Partners leases 8,716 s/f to Town Fair Tire

Littleton, NH Summit Realty Partners, Inc. completed a new lease transaction with Town Fair Tire at Littleton Commons Shopping Center. A new lease was executed with Town Fair Tire for an 8,716 s/f retail store scheduled to open in June. Chris McMahon represented the landlord, REL Commons LLC, in the transaction.
Littleton Commons is a 62,400 s/f community shopping center prominently located in the center of Littleton’s regional shopping district. Existing tenants include TJ Maxx, NH Liquor & Wine Outlet, Dollar Tree, GameStop, among others. Summit Realty Partners is seeking tenants to lease the remaining 1,640 to 5,208 s/f available for lease at the shopping center.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
