The Geenty Group sells 190 Main Street for $405,000

Deep River, CT The Geenty Group, Realtors, reported the sale at 190 Main St.  This property is a 6,424 s/f retail building in downtown.  The sale price was $405,000.

The buyer is J & J Haddam, LLC.   The principal, Jeffrey Merriam, is the owner of “Any Time Fitness,” a 24-hour fitness center that will join Deep River Cleaners in the retail center.  The seller is Kleban Holding Company V, LLC of Fairfield, Conn. 

Kristin Geenty SIOR was the agent for the seller.  Franchise Real Estate in Minnesota was the agent for Any Time Fitness.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
