Summit Realty Ptrs. sells former Dunkin building for $600,0000

116-118 Main Street - Pepperell, MA

Pepperell, MA Summit Realty Partners completed the sale of 116-118 Main St. for $600,000. 116-118 Main St. is a 2,092 s/f freestanding restaurant building with drive-thru situated on a 0.39 acre parcel. Formerly occupied by Dunkin, this freestanding building was purchased by a franchisee of Dominos. This well-known restaurant brand is expected to open at this location in early to mid-2021. Summit Realty Partners represented the seller, 112-118 Main Street, LLC.

Additionally, Chris McMahon and Travis Ginsberg of Summit Realty are now representing a franchisee of Dominos that is actively looking to expand their footprint. They are seeking sites that are 1,200 to 3,000 s/f and will consider pad sites, endcaps, existing buildings and build-to-suits. 

Sites with drive-thru potential and purchase opportunities are preferred.
