Surprenant of MG Commercial and Stubblebine and Humpton of Stubblebine Co. sell a 128,000 s/f building

Gerry Surprenant, SIOR of MG Commercial, Providence along with David Stubblebine and Donald Humpton of The Stubblebine Co. have sold a 128,000 s/f industrial/manufacturing building at 79 Walton St. in the Northwest Attleboro Industrial Park. Located on 9.4 acres, built in 1960 and renovated in 1987, the property was the former home of Kilmartin Industries/ Roger Williams Mint, a coin and medallion manufacturer. The buyer was a realty company which will lease the property to a related company, Stergis Window and Doors Manufacturing. Surprenant represented the seller and Stubblebine represented Stergis. The sale price was not disclosed.
