Surprenant of MG Commercial handles 27,000 s/f lease for Checon
Gerry Surprenant, SIOR, executive vice president of MG Commercial has leased 27,000 s/f at 84 Dunham St. to three firms who were recently forced out of their previous location due to a roof collapse. The companies are National Environmental Systems, Spenser Organs Company, Inc. and GHP Associates. Surprenant represented the landlord, Checon, Inc.
