SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston completes leasing at 34 Hayden Rowe Street

Hopkinton, MA SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston has leased nine suites at 34 Hayden Rowe St., bringing the 50,366 s/f building to 100% occupancy on behalf of the landlord, Riverside Properties, Inc.

The team, which consisted of advisors, Marilyn Santiago, Garrett Quinn and Trevor Holmes, were hired to lease the property in August 2021. “We’re proud to have leased over 20,000 s/f to a variety of local tenants,” said Quinn. “34 Hayden Rowe is an ideal location in Hopkinton with on-site property management, plenty of parking, and recent interior and exterior renovations that played an integral part in achieving 100% occupancy”. The property is also home to the Hayden Rowe Business Center which serves the short- and long-term needs of people in the community in need of private offices and flexible workspaces.

Kartwheel Kids, a leader in pre-school and recreational gymnastics development, was the first lease completed through SVN Parsons Commercial Group. This is a second location for Kartwheel Kids as they continue to expand their growing program in the Hopkinton market. Other completed leases in the building include Rose Photography LLC, Hopkinton Physical Therapy, and the Hopkinton Center for the Arts. In addition, current tenants Kidsborough and Varsity Movers expanded their footprint within the building.

“We repositioned the vacant spaces to address ownership’s focus on leasing to tenants that serve the Hopkinton community. Their willingness to creatively improve space to fit those tenants’ needs that were vacant needed to be repositioned. The layouts were not conducive to what tenants needed such as more open areas and less offices. The ownership’s focus on leasing to tenants that serve the Hopkinton community and willingness to think creatively improve space to fit those tenants’ needs was a strong factor in being able to lease the spaces quickly to high quality, local tenants” said Santiago.
