SVN Parsons Commercial Group Boston leases 14,075 s/f - Avison Young reps tenant, JENTEK Sensors, Inc.

Marlborough MA According to SVN Parsons Commercial Group Boston, JENTEK Sensors, Inc. has relocated their headquarters from Waltham, to 121 Bartlett St., a 14,075 s/f free-standing flex building.

Avison Young’s Tom Aiken and Jon Pezzoni represented JENTEK and Garrett Quinn of SVN Parsons represented the landlord. JENTEK will be moving its operation from 110 Clematis Ave. in Waltham in November.

JENTEK Sensors, Inc. was founded in 1992 to address the need for improved inspection and enhanced life management of high-value assets (pipelines, refineries, aircraft, rotorcraft, spacecraft, ships, power plants) and for quality assessment and control of high value-added processes (coating, welding, heat treatment, shot peening).

SVN Parsons Commercial Group Boston is a commercial real estate firm based in Framingham, Massachusetts. The company is a leading provider of commercial real estate services including, leasing (tenant and landlord representation), investment sales, property management, development and construction management services.
