Northborough, MA SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston announced the completion of a 23.48 acre long-term land lease at the New England Baseball Complex (NEBC) located at 333 Southwest Cutoff, for 3STEP Sports, one of the nation’s largest youth sports clubs and event operators. Assistant managing director of brokerage, Matthew Quinlan, senior advisor, Alex Berger, and associate advisor, Trevor Holmes, all of SVN | Parsons Commercial Group, facilitated the transaction between the tenant, 3STEP Sports, and the owner, New England Baseball Enterprises, LLC.

3STEP will take over all operations of NEBC. The complex is known for hosting several conferences and tournaments for youth and college-level sports teams throughout the year.

NEBC is fully equipped with three playing fields, dugouts and a concession stand. All fields are regulation size but can also be converted to smaller fields to accommodate younger youth sports. NEBC also has the capabilities to use their fields for many other sports besides baseball.

“NEBC is a fully equipped and functioning facility which made it an ideal location for 3STEP to operate as they continue to expand their footprint in the Northeast and across the country,” Quinlan said.

The 3STEP reach spans 40+ states and serves more than 2.5 million athletes across eight sports. Through industry-leading events, nationally spanning club programs, premier media content and more, 3STEP strives to be the standard of the youth sports experience and create consistency within the industry.
