handle $1.05 million building sale the seller, DQ Associates
Natick, MA SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston has completed the sale of 6 Union St. for $1.05 million.
Advisors, Alex Wood and Garrett Quinn of SVN | Parsons represented the seller, DQ Associates, while the buyer, Dr. Ryan Madigan, was represented by David Madigan of Cushman & Wakefield.
Wood said, “It was a pleasure to represent DQ Associates in the sale of their two office condominiums. We wish the buyer the best of luck as he expands his practice into Natick.”
Dr. Madigan is the founder of the Boston Child Study Center (BCSC), who’s mission is to improve the lives of youths and families through expanding access of evidence-based treatment, education, training and research.
Dr. Madigan is also an instructor of Psychology in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and a Clinical Psychologist at the McLean Hospital in Belmont, Mass.
