SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston sells
28,000 s/f industrial for $2.65 million to Bornbam Associates, LLC

80 Turnpike Road - Westborough, MA

Westborough, MA SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston (SVN | PCG) has completed the sale of a 28,000 s/f industrial building along Rte. 9 at 80 Turnpike Rd. for $2.65 million.

Associate advisor, Ryan Parsons, of SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston represented the seller, 80 Turnpike, LLC, and procured the buyer, Bornbam Associates, LLC.

The buyer and seller worked together to retain a special permit through the town. The new owners plan to make some modifications to the property for their own use in the coming months.

80 Turnpike Rd. is a two-story 28,000 s/f flex building that includes second floor office space. The building has over 70 parking spots and offers a 90 degree dock for grade level and dock high loading.

“The building is perfect for the owner-user that acquired the property given its access,” Parsons said. Located on Rte. 9 less than two miles from I-495 and three miles from the Mass. Pike, this location offers visibility and signage opportunities.

“This transaction, while lengthy, ultimately came together through the cooperation between all parties involved. The town of Westborough was excellent to work with and they are adding a strong local business to the community,” Parsons said.

Parsons Commercial Group acquired this property in 1997 for $1.2 million. Since that purchase the building has housed different businesses.
