Ellis Realty Advisors completes $3.2m sale of 26,575 s/f industrial flex building

Hingham, MA Ellis Realty Advisors negotiated the sale of 72 Sharp St., Building B. Dave Ellis exclusively represented the seller and buyer in the $3.2 million sale of this 26,575 s/f industrial/flex building.

Originally built in 1982, 72 Sharp St., Building B was renovated in 2022 with a modern showroom area and offices. The sale also included a 17,000 s/f underground parking garage. 72 Sharp St. is located on a campus-style corporate park near Rte. 3 and is situated between Union Point in Weymouth and the Derby Street Shoppes.
