Foxborough, MA Thomas Sweeney, SIOR, of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented the receiver for Foxhill Management Corp. in the sale of a 11,800 s/f industrial building located at 15 Perry Dr. in Foxhill Industrial Park on 1.45 acres. The property attracted multiple interested parties and was sold through a court proceeding for $930,000 to Perry Drive, LLC.
