Synergy hires Molloy as leasing manager

Boston, MA Synergy, a leading real estate investor, operator, and manager, has appointed Carolyn Molloy as leasing manager. In this role, Molloy will play a key part in advancing Synergy’s recent leasing momentum, overseeing transactions, and expanding the company’s tenant base across its growing portfolio.

Molloy brings 17 years of commercial real estate experience to Synergy. She most recently served as director of office leasing at WS Development, where she led leasing efforts across office, industrial, lab, and medical office properties nationwide. During her tenure, she launched new medical office clusters and maximized value in lifestyle centers.

Prior to WS Development, Carolyn spent over a decade at Lincoln Property Company, contributing to both Downtown and Suburban Leasing teams.

An active member of NAIOP and CREW, Carolyn also holds a Massachusetts Real Estate License. She has served as an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate Finance at Providence College and remains actively engaged with the college’s alumni community.

Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Providence College and currently resides in Belmont, MA, with her husband.
