Synergy hires Tomadakis as senior asset manager

Boston, MA Synergy, a real estate investor, operator, and manager, has hired Rachel Tomadakis as senior asset manager. With a career spanning over 15 years in commercial real estate asset management, Tomadakis brings invaluable expertise to Synergy’s asset management team.

Tomadakis’ background includes managing portfolios valued at $500 million or 4 million s/f, where she has demonstrated an ability to drive revenue and manage assets efficiently. She has executed over 700 leasing transactions, generating $210 million in annual revenue, and led dispositions totaling over $200 million. Tomadakis has also spearheaded internal control and asset management departments.

, exhibiting strong leadership and strategic prowess in underwriting investments and businesses nationwide.

Prior to Synergy, she was vice president of asset management at Marcus Partners. Tomadakis also served as director and asset manager for The RMR Group and vice president of asset management at KS Partners.  In her previous roles, she has overseen third-party leasing and marketing teams across the country and managed budgets of $25 million in capital projects. Tomadakis is a member of both NAIOP and CREW.
