Synergy unveils renovation at 10 Post Office Sq. - signs 75,000 s/f in new and renewed leases

Boston, MA Synergy, a real estate investor, operator, and manager, has completed a transformative renovation project at 10 Post Office Sq., the firm’s headquarters and one of its flagship downtown properties. The project, which includes a full lobby redesign and the addition of tenant-focused amenities, underscores Synergy’s long-term commitment to the revitalization of downtown.

The upgrades have elevated 10 Post Office Sq. into a modern workplace destination. The renovations include a reimagined building entrance and main lobby. Inside, a new elevator lobby and reception area create a welcoming atmosphere, complemented by updated first-floor lounge seating designed for collaboration and informal meetings.

Tenants will enjoy a new amenity floor featuring a fully equipped conference center, executive board room, multi-purpose training space, and a tenant-only lounge equipped with wi-fi, televisions, and seating. Wellness has been prioritized through a fitness center complete with strength & cardio equipment, free weights, a yoga & fitness class studio, a recovery room, as well as locker rooms with showers & towel service. The building’s hospitality offerings are also expanding, with significant updates to COJE Management’s popular Mariel Restaurant and the introduction of a new high-end restaurant concept and private members club, further enriching the experience for tenants and visitors alike.

According to Synergy, 75,000 s/f of leases have been signed since the start of the year at 10 Post Office Sq. Leases include Capstone Partners, American Ireland Funds, Fairmont Consulting, Level Markets, and Baker Newman Noyes.

The building continues to see increases in leasing activity since the delivery of the new amenity package, which has been very positively received by the market.

“10 Post Office Square is a reflection of our investment in the city’s future,” said David Greaney, Founder and CEO of Synergy. “These renovations are designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s tenants while contributing to a more dynamic, connected, and livable downtown. Being located here is also a testament to our belief in the strategy we bring to our properties, creating spaces that foster collaboration, wellness, and community. We’re proud to have our own team working in this environment and to be part of the growing community that makes Downtown Boston such a vibrant place to do business.”
