Szalan joins Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C.

John Szalan

New Haven, CT John Szalan II has joined the law firm of Neubert, Pepe, & Monteith, P.C., as an associate. He is based in their New Haven, office and is admitted to the bar in Connecticut. 

Attorney Szalan is a member of the firm’s commercial litigation and creditor rights groups. His experience includes representation of financial institutions, creditors, and institutional real estate clients, inclusive of settlement negotiations, title issues, and real estate transactions. 

Prior to joining Neubert, Pepe, and Monteith, P.C., Szalan primarily represented banks, servicers, lenders, and title and escrow companies. He has worked throughout the world of real estate including conducting closings to representing banks and servicers during foreclosure. 

Attorney Szalan earned his B.A. from Central Connecticut State University, and his J.D. from the Quinnipiac University School of Law. While attending law school, he was an active member of the Federalist Society.
