Kevin Weirsman, VP, represented the landlord, North York Commercial, LLC for two leases completed at 843 Hamilton Ave. in Waterbury. Bonauto Enterprises leased 8,000 s/f for classic car sales and storage for a two year lease. Practical Self Defense Training leased 1,600 s/f for five years to expand to a total of 7,000 s/f at the complex.
