Cranston, RI The Ann Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker commercial division listed and sold a 25,000 s/f lot located at 380 Atwood Ave. for $500,000 to Safeway Oil Change and Automotive Services. The seller was Tonetti Enterprises.

Providence, RI Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, sold 497 Broadway and 205 Federal St. According to John Horowitz, regional manager of the firm’s Boston office, the assets sold for an aggregate value of $2.216 million.
