Keene, NH Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, brokered the sale of Bentley Commons at Keene, a 109-unit, 144-bed independent living and assisted living facility. The property has been renamed American House Keene.
Prolman Realty sells 99-101 Perimeter Road for $1.15 million

Nashua, NH Prolman Realty, Inc. completed the sale of 99-101 Perimeter Rd. to Perimeter 99101. According to Mark Prolman who represented the seller, Stein Realty, LLC and Richard Danais who represented the buyer, 99 Perimeter Rd.
